Shipping to the UK

Deliveries to the UK are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery to all mainland destinations. Orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Friday will arrive on the next working day (including Saturday).

Orders placed after 4.30pm on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and should arrive on Tuesday.

International Shipping

Orders to continental Europe will be dispatched via UPS courier. Orders usually take between 24 - 48 hours to be delivered from the moment they are dispatched, excluding weekends. Orders placed before 4.30 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and should arrive on Wednesday at the latest.

Shipping to Switzerland via UPS via Royal Mail will incur a surcharge of £19.99. Please note that we do not ship any medicines to the USA.

How we package your order

Each order is specifically packaged to protect your privacy and to ensure the safe transit of your treatment. Once dispensed, your medication is sealed in a tamper-proof box.

This box displays no mention of euroClinix or your order and is additionally placed within a standard courier envelope before being dispatched from our pharmacy.
