All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Deliver service and a signature is required on delivery to confirm receipt of package. Orders are discreetly packaged with no mention of the products enclosed or company details to ensure privacy and discretion is kept to a maximum for you.

If you are not home to sign for your delivery a calling card should be left by the post man giving details of where you can collect the order from. If it is more convenient, you can choose to have your delivery sent to your work or a more convenient address.

Delivery varies from country to country. UK deliveries are next day, Europe deliveries take 3-5 working days and outside the UK and Europe take 7-10 working days.
